Acknowledgment, Waiver, Release & Indemnity (This is to be read and signed in conjunction with the Application for Membership)

DEFINITIONS:
In this Acknowledgment, Waiver, Release, and Indemnity:

“I” or “Member” or "my" means the Member referred to in the Application for membership registration and if the Member is under 18 years also means the member’s parent where the context permits;

“Location” means the club and surrounds or location and surrounds where instruction/training/grading/competition and/or promotional or fund raising activities occur.
